HP3000 QSCHEMA

I was wondering if someone could help me out...

Our client was running QSCHEMA under Powerhouse
versions 5.26C and 7.09E and they just recently
upgraded their test system to Powerhouse V.8.19C2.
Now the QSCHEMA is not working..."*E* No dictionary
file with the specified name exists."

My question is...do we absolutely have to recompile
all of these QSCHEMAs as Powerhouse dictionaries?
Is there another way around this?
