Y2K test fails

We have basically the same setup (HP/Allbase/819C4) as you and have had no
problems with sysdate picking up the correct date. There is a 'NOW' (I believe)
parameter on the command to set the date. This changes the date immediately.
Did you use this parameter? I can get the exact syntax if you require.
