What you need is a copy of an old program called ITOQ, as in I(mage) to
Q(dd). This will build a Qdd source file from an Image schema source file
which you can feed to the currently distributed QDDTOPDL program. Beats me
where you can get a copy of ITOQ but if you can't find one anywhere then
send me the Image schema source OFFLINE and I'll perform the above
transformations.
