Looking for a good MPE list server

The list server you are looking for is at listserv@raven.utc.edu, where you
should send an e-mail with the following on a single line in the message
body (not the subject)...

subscribe hp3000-l <Your Full Name>

preferably without any signature lines, and replacing <Your Full Name> with
your actual name (minus the < and >).

Looking for a  list server for HP/MPE.  Any recommendations?

I'm a VMS guy used to emailing confirmations from batch jobs.  How do I
accomplish the same thing in MPE?  Any recommendations on packages to buy to
