Looking for a  list server for HP/MPE.  Any recommendations?

I'm a VMS guy used to emailing confirmations from batch jobs.  How do I
accomplish the same thing in MPE?  Any recommendations on packages to buy
to allow MPE to send messages to SMTP addresses?
