Also, I notice you are outputting 5 elements or fields, but only reporting 4. Looks like you did a report all, so it should have shown all five fields in the subfile.  The "set noduplicates" shouldn't have any impact unless both the records had the same amount (in this case it doesn't), but it's not good practice to use that when creating subfiles.
