Changing the DATABASE OPEN in PDL

A-ha! It needs to be recreated to make the change! That would be the main
item that I wasn't able to glean from the books.
I did a GENERATE from QSHOW (see, I really did RTFM), edited the resulting
source file, and USEd it back in PDL as you outlined above. Worked great,
although next time I'll hopefully remember to NOLIST the 2MB source... ;)
Thanks also to those that pointed out the "ORACLE@user@tns/password" syntax. I
used environment variables here so that I won't need to recompile the
dictionary again should the DATABASE OPEN need to change.
