Date Functions

NONULLSEPARATOR is for situations where your system default is
NULLSEPARATOR, but for a specific situation you want to see separators in
the date... it allows you to reverse the default, just like NULLSEPARATOR
allows you to reverse the standard default which includes separators.  I
know it sounds weird, but that's what it's there for.
