DISC FILE BEING SAVED AS $OLDPASS

You specify NOVERIFY. That means "Don't tell me if the file already exists".
So what happens if you remove the NOVERIFY?:
   The file <diskfile name> already exists. Ok to delete?  <hit return>
   This file has been saved as $OLDPASS.

So, the default is *not* to overwrite an existing file .....

Delete the file before re-streaming the job......
