An Apology and A Plea for Help

Please forgive me for my  tirade, yesterday against the manuals. Mr. Deskin
informed me that there was, and may be in the future, a tutorial series and
a Primer. These are apparently out of print but I thought that you, the
listers, may know where they could be obtained.
