Powerhouse using Oracle

You can also add "subdict=search" and "owner=schema_name" to the symbols
you use to run Powerhouse. This allows you to code "file" and "access"
statements in your programs without naming the database. Powerhouse will
search the database schema for the tables. This may be convenient when
porting applications. The down side is that the file names are not fully
qualified with the database name, which may cause problems later if you have
identically named tables in different databases in the same Powerhouse
dictionary. The best thing to do is try it different ways, learn the
differences and see what works best for you.
Good luck
