PowerHouse Web (Was PowerSaurus)

Good morning/afternoon/evening listers,

Sorry for not having jumped in to answer some of those product direction
questions which have been asked over the past few days. I've been in
Philadelphia at our worldwide sales kickoff, presenting details of our
upcoming Application Development Tools releases to our sales reps, techies,
and partners. Let me tell
you, everyone in the company is very excited about the future of the
PowerHouse product family...and PowerHouse Web is simply going to make
PowerHouse 4GL the most productive language available for developing
data-driven business applications for the Web.

I will post more details of our product strategy and upcoming releases later
today or tomorrow, but until then I can confirm that PowerHouse Web for
HP-UX and Windows NT is now in second round beta and scheduled for release
around late April or early May. The OpenVMS version should be ready for beta
around the middle of next week, with the MPE/iX version following a few
weeks later.

The first versions of PowerHouse Web to be released will be 2.23 for HP-UX
and 2.21 for Windows NT, due in late April or early May. Version 2.20 for
OpenVMS should follow a few weeks after that, and 2.29 for MPE/iX should be
available in June. The other UNIX platforms will be phased over this period,
based on customer demand.

Speaking of Powerhouse Web, how's it coming. Is there a release date yet? I
am anxiously awaiting info on this product.
