I thought it stood for Fantastic ;)

Seriously folks, I know from grim experience just how difficult it is to
write user manuals and documentation.
Whenever a new version comes out from Cognos, at least we get a What's
New in This version type book. It's a great help.

A local PowerHouse guru (Chris Spottiswoode, who introduced me to PH and
was my first tutor) always used to say that we should read the manuals
completely from time to time. I used to do that, but someone shortened
my day - or did the manuals get bigger?......but whenever I did, I
always came away with new knowledge and a fresh respect for the
language.
