Manual and admonitions

If you have access to Cognos Customer Area on their web site they have
online versions of the manuals.  They also now have (with PH8) have cd
version of their manuals which would be useful for travelling consultants to
carry.

	Geez.. when I have to explain that term, I always use "friendly".

	The point about lack of manuals is well taken.  When we get a new
	version, we are lucky to get one set of manuals.  With three
developers
	in three geographic locations, this means paying through the nose
for
	additional copies.  Larger shops with more developers are in an even
	bigger bind.
