Geez.. when I have to explain that term, I always use "friendly".
The point about lack of manuals is well taken. When we get a new
version, we are lucky to get one set of manuals. With three developers
in three geographic locations, this means paying through the nose for
additional copies. Larger shops with more developers are in an even
bigger bind.
