Use the INITIAL HEADING statement, with whatever text / statements
you like, but including the user's ID/Name from one of the following :-
1. Have the name entered as a run parameter.
2. Use the System defined item LOGONID.
This can be picked up either by the Quiz report itself, or by a
kick-off screen that picks up the value and includes it in the job
file as a run-time parameter.
The advantage of this latter method is that if you maintain, in a
dictionary defined file, details of users -- for maintenance using
a QUICK screen -- then you can include extra information about
the user, such as office/location/..., as well and put it in the initial
heading. And you can quite easily define standard initial
heading code.)
If you really mean a banner that provides LARGE letters, such as
x x
x x
x x
x
x x
x x
x x
for 'x', etc, then almost certainly YES. But the code will be rather
laborious, and will still depend on one of the two methods above.
(However, if you maintain a powerhouse dictionary defined file to
contain details of individual users then I suppose you could include
some text lines in the definition, and set their values from within a
screen that maintains details for each user. That could be rather
an interesting exercise ! Then you could either provide the banner
lines as parameters, if you initiate the Quiz report from a kick-off screen,
or by linking several times to the file of banner lines for the appropriate
user.)
