I recall during my Cognos days (years ago), Bob Deskin produced an enhancement
list and asked customers to rank them etc... He did some sort of polling, and
this
was used as a starting point for a future release.

Why not poll the current PH Clients re: "Are you willing to live without PHD
in future releases of PH?"

That ought to do it...
