As a 10 year 'old' PowerHouse consultant I ask Cognos, please, please add
the interactive PHD management functionality to the version 8 stream.  I too
find PDL script and dictionary recompile a tedious and frustrating method
for doing minor PHD changes.  It's OK for bulk changes or system upgrades
and migrations, but nothing else.
