PowerHouse Dictionary

[Oran Shapitka]

My apologies, I reread the original post and realized that Uri is not
wanting to generate PDL from a QDD dictionary.

I also thought of one other thing.  You must either be the creator of the
dictionary or must be the account manager to use the GENERATE.
