PDKC2M.QKC (POW)

I'm just curious when Cognos is going to release PDKC2M.QKC (POW) in the 8 
series?  It is an extremely powerful tool developed for VMS.  Many people
have 
probably found the dictionary application management menu a huge timesaver.  
Who in their right mind wouldn't think to move this into series 8?  Surely,
it 
can't be that non-portable.  I just sat down and wrote some bare bones PDL 
code.  That seems like a ridiculous chore in version 8 when in version 6 you 
didn't have to write a single line of PDL.  Thankfully I've got the old Vax 
here and version 6.10 to fall back on.  I can just generate the code and
move 
it to the UNIX box like a co-worked suggested in a fraction of the time.  If 
COGNOS isn't going to market this ever again can they send us die-hard POW 
users the source code?  I know that would never happen but it doesn't hurt
to 
ask. 
 
Unfortunately this ol' VAX isn't going to be around forever.
