ASCII <-> KSAM

You can use the BUILD command in KSAMUTIL to build a KSAM file.  Just go
into KSAMUTIL and then type HELP.  Enter Y to the more question and at the
next prompt type BUILD.  It will display the syntax of the KSAMUTIL BUILD
command.
