AW: ASCII <-> KSAM

Define both the ASCII text file and the KSAM file in a dictionary. Then
create the KSAM file with qutil.
You can then transfer the contents of the text file with QTP into the KSAM
file. This is very easy, if the items in both files have the same names and
you can do type conversions with this method too.
