STOP using run quiz.group.account! Besides the missing file equates you'll
also be missing some variables.
The Cognos udc's have become increasingly complex. It would be far simpler
to set the system (or account) level udc to the udc that comes with the
version you want to run and then use the QUIZ or QTP or QUICK or ... udc.
This means some clean up of job streams and screens which run Quiz and Qtp
but this is a one time task and once done you won't need to change them each
time you upgrade to a newer version of PH. Ten years ago avoiding the use of
udc's by using RUN program.g.a was considered a performance thing -- hardly
true today unless you're still running on a MPE V machine.
I'd suggest: !QUIZ "AUTO=x.x"
