CD manuals not complete?

It appears that you must look in the Powerhouse Rules book to find this
information. Information about functions does not appear to be listed in the
Quiz,Qtp,Qdesign manuals.

When you look at the documentation for DEFINE it refers you to the Powerhouse
Rules book for more information.

Cognos must have taken common features of each Powerhouse product and combined
them to create a new Powerhouse Rules book. Cognos refers to this book as a
"concise summary of PowerHouse rules and statements."

I find the online manuals a valuable new option that we have been asking for for
years. This first release is a good start. One suggestion for improvement would
be to add more links. In other words, when it says to refer to the Powerhouse
Rules book there should be a link to the Powerhouse Rules for easier navigation.
