Virtual Memory Problems

I still see odd problems, although it's usually down to a weird & wonderful
user error, badly handled.

I wondered if there was some way to turn on diagnostics for the heap routines
(DECC malloc, calloc, free, etc): fill on allocate, fill on free, etc to see
what's going on. If so, it could be done from PH_sitehook to better analyze
reproducible problems.
