Last I heard of them, SYSCOM were a Cognos reseller & s/w house, so I guess
the whole exercise was an essential business investment in new skills, rather
than necessarily a justifiable project in its own right. There may even have
been pressure to stop actively selling PH client, and get with the Axiant
program.

That may have something to do with Cognos flying them out to Ottawa, too ;-)
