Must press return key twice for Cognos program prompt

Don,

Create a file containing 'QUIT' as the first and only line in the file.  I
think you can put the file whever you want.  I saved it as QUIT.PUB.COGNOS.
  In the SETPOWERHOUSE UDC FILE, add the file equation
FILE  PHRS=QUIT.PUB.COGNOS and add RESET PHRS to the RESETPOWERHOUSE UDC.

If I've made a mistake in describing the fix, I'm sure someone will correct me.
