Quiz Reporting Errors

I'm just guesing here, but we went to a new subfile format with PowerHouse
series 8, format 8 (just coincidence). Is it possible that you have old
subfiles around with prior formats? Normally, QUIZ and QTP check the format
but it depends what you're doing. QUIZ (and QTP) can read any subfile format
without being told what the format is. However when writing, they will write
format 8 unless being told otherwise. In addition, I would expect an error
if you tried to append to or overwrite an older format without specifying
the FORMAT option.

Sorry there's not much here.
