This selection is based on a higher file in the ACCESS list

My "unclean" solution:

Created an indexed subfile AIDTRANS where I extracted all aid transactions
(I had a hard time finding any documentation on the index subfile feature
though)

Then the following access statement does what I need.

Access *IDNUMS link to *AIDTRANS optional
