Calendar week in Quiz/QTP

You've got a small problem here. Cognos use a base Julian date as 01 Jan
1900. If however they used a true base Julian year which is "A year when 01
Jan = Monday and the previous year was a leap year" then this would be very
easy.

I've got some code somewhere but I'm not sure where at the moment. If I find
it I'll let you know.
