QKGO file name length?

QKGO has gotten more sophisticated over the years. It now has detailed
terminal information. In order to add that we needed more files. This meant
that we needed a letter to indicate what they were. That's where the eighth
letter went to. On platforms other than MPE/iX, we use file extensions.
