Hi Robert,

I do appreciate your attempt at shedding a little light on PH
contractors rates, but allow me a note on your diversion "London",
"non-London", "Europe". Without detailing the differences between
European states - you wouldn't believe the vastness - I would just like
to state the fact, that there is no way of comparing t.ex. Finland to
Greece or Berlin to Budapest.
