Rates for PowerHouse programmers (was Bobs request for who is using Power2000)

Well....i'm curious to see where the cities that pay the most are....i'm
thinking of moving back north (from Florida), and this could be useful.....I
think the city should be include...not only the geographical area.......the
difference between a neighboring city could mean the world of difference in
cost of living.
