Rates for PowerHouse programmers (was Bobs request for who is usi ng Power2000)

Would anyone of you be interested in a rate comparison table.  Not specific
individuals but based on project and location?

Send me a personal (not to the list) reply to the following questions and
I'll compile such a table and put it on the list.  No names will be
associated with rates and I promise I will not use the information for
commercial gain.

1.	Independent Contractor, contract employee or employee?
2.	Type of project: A) Y2K, B) maintenance, C) development or D) other?
3.	Length of contract: A) short (1 to 4 weeks), B) medium (1 to 4
months) or C) long (more than 4 months)?
4.	Billing rate if known?
5.	Billing rate 6 months ago (if known)?
6.	In the hand pre-tax rate?
7.	In the hand rate 6 months ago?
8.	Are expenses covered by client?
9.	If not independent contractor, does billing rate cover your medical
insurance, holidays, etc.
10.	Location:  A) USA NE, B) USA SW, C) USA SE, D) USA NE, E) USA MW, F)
UK London, G) UK other, H) Australasia, I) SE Asia, J) South Africa, K)
Other Africa, L) Europe, M) Middle East, N) S. America, O) Canada, P)
Mexico.
11.	PowerHouse experience: A) >9 years, B) >4 but <=9 years, C) >1 but
<=4 years or D) <=1 year?
12.	PowerHouse scope: A) QUICK+QTP+QUIZ+PDL, B) QUICK+QTP+QUIZ, C)
QTP+QUIZ, D) QUIZ or E) other?
