recompile required y/n

You must recompile your program under the new release of Powerhouse. You will
get an error if you try to run a program compiled in 709E in 819C. If you just
upgrade your operating system, I doubt very much that you will need to
recompile. You can, of course, load 819C on your system and still work in 709E
until all your recompiles and testing are done in the newer version.
