Upgrade from PH7.29C3 to PH8.19

We have found a couple of problems with this version of Powerhouse:

1) Get Fatal Error 42 with some programs when compiling in QUIZ. This is
fixed in 819C4 (which has not been released yet).
2) If you use the option CLEAR_PENDING_ROLLBACK to alleviate rollbacks
in Allbase you actually get more rollbacks in 819C2. I don't believe
this has been fixed.
3) When upgrading from 729 to 819 you will get some subfile format 7
error messages. To resolve this you must purge the subfiles and rebuild
in 819C.
4) We did get a pre-release of 819C4 and got some strange linkage errors
as well. Cognos is working on this currently and this is why 819C4 may
take a little longer to get out the door.

That's all I can think of for now. Due to the Fatal Error 45 problems we
haven't really been able to do a full system test. We were able to test
most screens successfully though. There was also some potential locking
problem in Allbase that Cognos is supposed to know about reported by
Mikael Olesen.
