Allbase on PH 8.19C2

Hi Mikael. Your post didn't seem to indicate if Cognos was aware of the locking
problem or not (it seems they know about the portable subfiles issue). Are they
aware of this problem? If so do you know what they are going to do about it?

Any help you could give me on this would be appreciated. I'll contact Cognos as
well but without a bug # that might not be too productive.
