Ph 8.19 Manuals

I have not received any 8.19 manuals.  All I did receive was the Open VMS version on CD.   Will we receive manuals for this version or are the manuals now on CD and must be printed by us if we want printed versions.  When will the HP3000 of 8.19 CD be available.  Will it be shipped when it is done?
