Usage of PHDFM in batch

I couldn't find a reference to the syntax of PHDFM in the manuals.  The PH
for OpenVMS PDL and Utilities Reference (v.7.10) has a mistake in it.  On
page 33 under PHDFM Program Parameter Syntax Diagram it shows the syntax
diagram for PHDMAINTENANCE instead!

What are the options for PHDFM?

	By the way, you could do:
