Usage of PHDFM in batch

Do the files you are trying to create already exist? If so, then you will
get the confirmation prompt when trying to create the file - if you don't
say yes, it doesn't create the file. That could be why some get created and
some don't. Perhaps if you were to create all the files in an empty area to
ensure that they don't already exist (repointing a logical(s) to that area
if included in your PHD for the file open name) then it would work better???
