Reflection transfers in Quick

Joseph,
I've had lots of experience doing this in VMS. The problem you're
experiencing is because Reflection must run an executable image from the
host (in you case, the HP) and when you are in the Quick screen the
executable cannot run. I am skeptical that you can get 'point and click' to
work, but our solution is to use RUN COMMAND and initiate a command file
(stream file on the HP, I think) that does the transfer. The coding in the
command file is ugly, but it gets the job done. The run command is the
made part of a DESIGNER PROCEDURE, or as part of a MENU.
We do a lot of transfers from within Quick. It is very slick. Reflections
is a good product for this.
