How the hell I can UN_SUBSCRIBE

In each message that I receive, there's a link in the bottom telling "To =
unsubscribe..." then I click on this damn link to post a message, Cut & =
paste the "unsubscribe power-l" but the fucking message always come back =
to me that it doesnt understand the command.  I want to get out of this =
list dam!  Get me out of here!
