Cognos License

Thanks to all for your responses.  I figured surely Cognos would not leave
their customers high and dry on one of the most important dates of the
century so I kept looking after I sent my post.  I did eventually find the
number that many of you have forwarded and called and was so happy to hear a
real person speak to me.  I was passed to Robin Morash who was able to help
me resolve our dilemma.
