Cognos License

   Cognos Support is open today and tomorrow with the usual hours ( somebody
is here until 8:30 est ). Starting Friday until Monday for the Y2K rollover
there will be people here 24 hours a day. The support number is
1-800-637-7447.

Does anybody know of a support line that might be open for me to contact
regarding our Powerhouse License?  I've tried calling the U.S and Canada 800
numbers and have found they are closed for the holidays.
