Default Century on AS/400

OS: V4R3
PH version: 6.07.f (the latest available for AS/400)

My question to the forum is ... has anyone on an AS/400 done what we are about
to do?

For the century changing, we need to enable the 'input century window' feature
of the PHD.  Currently it is not enabled and our default century is "19".  So if
a user enters a 6 digit date into an 8 digit date field (leaving off the
century) the screen automatically puts on a "19" no matter what year is entered.
So by enabling the 'window' feature we will configure the PHD to only default to
"19" if the year entered is greater than "90", else default the century to "20".
In my testing (and explained in the manual) we do not need to recompile our
screens to take on this functionality.

So ... before I go ahead, anyone have experience with this already?
