ACCESS Oracle on HP9000 from HP3000?

We have an application that transfers a file from Oracle on HP9000 to
HP3000 so PowerHouse QTP/QUIZ can process the data.
Anyway for QUIZ/QTP on HP3000 to ACCESS Oracle tables on HP9000 to
eliminate the transfer?
