FTP and NT

Is there any way to specify record size when transferring a file via
FTP to an NT server?

For example, we receive a file from St. Louis every week that has
84-byte records. This file is sent from an IBM mainframe and received by an
HP3000. HP3000 FTP allows specifying the record size on the PUT statement,
e.g. put filename.txt filename.txt;rec=-84 for an 84-byte record. Without
this option, FTP defaults to 80-byte records and truncates the last 4 bytes.

Since we are switching the application from an HP3000 to an NT
server, we need an equivalent command to override the 80-byte default.
