Sounds good (but why would you want it in QTP?).
Currently I use:

set rep spac 0 page len 0
def end char*1 head '"^"' = '"'
def xsep char*3 head '","^","' = '","'

and use these to delimit all the real items: requires that I know how many
lines my headings take and is slightly tedious.

Perhaps something like: set rep csv quote '"' separator ','
That would be absolutely ideal (it could default the filetype to .csv instead
of .txt, and dress up the various headings and footings too), but all that
would be a somewhat bigger project: I'd settle for just longer lines in the
short term.

Bug #112824 (page len 0 gives 10k pages) would become a bigger nuisance too.

Thanks for listening Allison (and all the other Cognos folk): your attention
and input makes this forum uniquely valuable for all of us.

Regards,
Chris
