I found OSACCESS in a PowerHouse Resource file (FILE PHRS=) in the New
Features and Quiz Reference manuals as well as documentation on the

Your scenario fits exactly the scheme for which NOOSACCESS was designed.
I'd be very interested to know why you can't use the NOOSACCESS program parm
on the call to Quiz.
