Changing Default Compile Options

Is there a way to change what the "default" is for certain SET options in
the different PowerHouse products? For example, the default in QDESIGN for
the menu keys is NOMENUKEYS. I would like it to be MENUKEYS instead so I
don't have to explicitly put a SET MENUKEYS into every QUICK screen for an
existing system.
